Seamless integration between the My Workplace app and various vendors
Personalisation based on users preference
Real-time updates and information on availability and bookings
Cohesive visual design that aligns with the company’s new brand identity
Bookings on-the-go providing Telstra employees with flexibility, convenience, and control
All while the app design ensures scalability to adapt to future needs and integrate additional functionalities or vendor apps as required.
The app is now accessible on various devices (mobile, tablet, desktop) to ensure that employees can use it anytime, anywhere.

20+ extensive Design Thinking workshops to define homepage content, list of applications, booking process, accounts & personalisation, log-in experience, feedback management, deep-linking behaviour.
1 User Survey to validate design assumptions
50+ UI Screens designed and ready for development
Impact
Centralised access reduces the need to switch between different platforms, saving employees time while reducing costs associated with managing multiple platforms and interfaces.
Overall, the new solution offers substantial business value by improving efficiency, engagement, and satisfaction among employees.
