Solution Overview

The online platform provides visibility of customer available funds, forecast of their home-care needs in monthly and yearly basis. Customers are also able to get an insight into their expenses and track where their money go.

On top of this, customers now has capabilities to manage all invoices from different service providers in one place, request reimbursements and manage their bills.

The Process

To streamline the invoicing processes and enhance the customer self-management experience, the deliverables below were created, in collaboration with the SME's:

Impact

The implementation of this online platform significantly enhances organisational efficiency and customer satisfaction by providing comprehensive financial visibility and management capabilities. The centralised invoice management reduces the burden on both customers and support.

This integrated approach not only improves customer experience but also minimises errors and delays in billing and reimbursements, leading to more accurate financial records and enhanced trust in the service. Overall, the platform drives operational excellence by simplifying financial management, promoting informed decision-making, and enhancing the overall efficiency of service delivery.
